Finance Officer - Position Vacant For 2026
Are you financially savvy and passionate about supporting your local community?
PRNA is seeking a Volunteer Finance Officer to join our
management committee.
Rest
assured there is no bookkeeping or data entry duties required. Our
day-to-day financial processing is managed by staff. The Finance Officer’s
focus is on reviewing reports, ensuring financial accountability, and providing
guidance on budgets and financial decisions.
Key
responsibilities include:
- Reviewing monthly and annual financial reports
prepared by staff
- Assisting with budgeting and financial
planning
- Presenting financial statements to the
committee
- Supporting good financial governance and
compliance
Ideal
for someone who:
- Has an interest or background in finance,
accounting, or management
- Can interpret financial reports and contribute
to decision-making
- Wants to make a meaningful contribution
without a large time commitment
Meetings
are held monthly and bi-monthly either face to face at the clubhouse or on
Teams.
This role is voluntary and offers an excellent opportunity to use your skills
for community benefit.
